CleanOutput ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and tools at cleanoutput.com (the "Service").

The short version: CleanOutput processes all text analysis locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have any access to the text you analyze using our tool.

1. Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect:

• Any text you paste into the CleanOutput scanner
• Your Clean Output Scores or analysis results
• Any content you type, edit, or create on our platform
• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information (unless you contact us directly)
• Payment information (we have no paid services)

This is architecturally enforced: CleanOutput has no server-side processing for the scanning tool. All analysis runs in your browser's JavaScript engine. There is no backend to receive your text, even if we wanted to collect it.

2. Information we do collect

Anonymous analytics

We may use a privacy-friendly analytics service (such as Plausible Analytics or a similar cookieless tool) to collect aggregate, anonymous information including:

• Page URL visited
• Referrer URL (where you came from)
• Browser type and version (anonymized)
• Operating system (anonymized)
• Country-level location (derived from anonymized IP — we do not store IP addresses)
• Time of visit

This data is aggregated and cannot be linked to an individual. We use it solely to understand which pages are popular and how people find our site. No personal profiles are built.

Contact form submissions

If you contact us via our contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Advertising

CleanOutput may display advertising (such as Google AdSense) on some pages. Advertising providers may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. 3. Cookies

CleanOutput's core tool functionality uses no cookies. Our analytics solution is designed to be cookieless where possible. Advertising partners may set cookies — see our Cookie Policy for full details.

4. Third-party services

We may use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Google Fonts — for typography (fonts are loaded from Google's servers; your IP is visible to Google for this request)
• Google AdSense — for advertising (see Google's Privacy Policy)
• Analytics provider — for anonymous page-view statistics
• Form handler — for contact form processing

5. Children's privacy

CleanOutput is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at cleanoutput@hotmail.com.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Since we collect virtually no personal data, these rights rarely apply in practice. 7. Data retention

Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months and then permanently deleted. Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregate form indefinitely.

8. International transfers

Our website is hosted on servers that may be located in various countries. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of the limited anonymous analytics data described above to these locations.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
